Transistor IGBT

Transistors Bipolar Power (TBP) are semiconductors that enable the control of high current.

Has low losses in the state of driving; they require high currents of base (handicap); facilitate the drive and increase the input impedance of MOSFETs.

They have small losses of conduct of TBPs and offer speed similar to TBPs. Used for commutation of high-current load on a high speed.
